SPEAKER: Luigi Manoza, CHt has built key experience in sales and market expansion for several business in the Philippines, both local and international giving him great leadership and management skills. He has an extensive background in marketing, advertising and branding. He is also one of the few Internationally Certified Hypnotherapist and a rising Motivational Speaker here in the Philippines. Founder of Motivation Philippines and Excellorate, a startup company geared towards creating new training content as well as a platform that trainers can use to scale their business.

SPEAKER: Agnes Pinzon is the founder of The Greater You Project. She’s a graduate of BS Community Development from the University of the Philippines Diliman, she has been an educator for twenty years, having a post-graduate diploma in Language & Literacy, as well as a Master’s Degree from the same university. She is a completer of Good Think Org’s Happiness Advantage for Life Course and the Dreambuilder course of the Life Mastery Insitute as well as completed several courses through the MindValley Academy and the Entheos Conscious Community.
- Art for Mental Relaxation
SPEAKER: Guada Tagalog is an intuitive art therapist and artist, teacher, musician, Reiki practitioner and life coach. She took art therapy and life coaching courses from Rennaissance Life Therapies. She has facilitated and attended multiple workshops and seminars on Art Therapy, Mindfulness, and Creative Life Coaching in Metro Manila. She is the artist behind Inklings by Guada, a Facebook page where she paints her imagination and writes about her many random but meaningful musings about life. When she’s not in la-la land, she’s a freelance digital marketing creative, bassist, movie and TV series geek and a once – lost – but – now – found wanderer of life. She is currently working on her first visual meditation deck, self-help book, and more works of art to share to the world.
- Sound Healing Workshop:
This will involve a chakra-based body scan with live music keyed to the frequencies that match each chakra for deep healing and restoration. Instruments involved will include percussion and the trombone at the very least.
TEACHER: Tonette Asprer is a professional musician, percussionist and sound healer. A woman of many trades and talents, Tonette has married her passion for music, meditation, yoga and healing to help pioneer novel forms of therepeutic music. Tonette graduated from the University of the Philippines’ College of Music, majoring in percussion, and also took the White Space Wellness 200H Yoga Teacher Training Program under Eileen Tupaz and Abbey Rivadelo.

SPEAKER: Dr. Johann Kim Mañez is one of the youngest professors among the faculty of the newly opened College of Medicine in the Adventist University of the Philippines located at Puting Kahoy, Silang, Cavite. The medical curriculum of the newly opened medical school itself is unique because it is presently the only medical curriculum in Asia and possibly the world, wherein Lifestyle Medicine has been incorporated and is presently being taught due in part, to the efforts of Dr. Mañez. He finished his Medical Degree at the Manila Central University College of Medicine and initially underwent his first year of training as a resident of Internal Medicine at the Adventist Medical Center Manila before deciding to shift his education, teaching, and research and fulltime practice to Lifestyle Medicine. He is presently the Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP) Facilitator and Lifestyle Medicine Consultant of the Health & Wellness Department of the Adventist Medical Center Manila where they conduct both community-based (CHIP) and residential Lifestyle Medicine programs. He has conducted more than 350 seminars and lectures and several media appearances and interviews on Lifestyle Medicine and Healthy Lifestyle Behaviors around the Philippines and several neighboring Asian and Pacific Island Countries. Dr. Mañez, together with his colleagues from Loma Linda-California, Manila-Philippines and New South Wales-Australia, recently published research on the successful outcomes of CHIP done in the Philippines, in one of the international peer reviewed scientific journals on nutrition. He is a Fellow in the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and is a founding member of the Asian Society of Lifestyle Medicine and founder of the Philippine College of Lifestyle Medicine. He is presently the Head Doctor of Mediaxes Inc.’s MyPocketDoctor.com telemedicine service/app in the Philippines, where Lifestyle Medicine is a primary advocacy.
- Chair Yoga
Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual discipline from ancient India that aims to integrate the body, mind and spirit of the practitioner. The physical aspect of yoga involves the performance of poses that develop the practitioner’s alignment, balance, coordination, flexibility, stamina and strength. In this session, participants will get to practice yoga using one of the most readily available props—the common chair.
TEACHER: Eileen Tupaz is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT500), Co-Director of White Space Wellness and one of the lead trainers of its 200H yoga teacher training program. A nerd by nature, Eileen credits yoga for the stunning discovery that she’s not just “a brain with legs.” Eileen took the Greenpath Ashtanga Vinyasa 200H Teacher Training Program under Clayton Horton and Mo Ching Yip, a 300H Byron Yoga Teacher Training Program with John Ogilvie and Michael Nazar, a 50H SmartFlow Teacher Training Intensive on Older Adult and Restorative Yoga with Leslie Kazadi, a 100H Yin Yoga in Asia Teacher Training with Victor Chng, a 21H Anatomic Yoga Workshop with Dr. Ray Long and a 24H Sun Moon Partner and Community Yoga Teacher Training Intensive with Ieva Wildlovebeamer.
