In this seminar and workshop, you will be introduced to a practical and structured approach to managing a project. You will learn how to initiate, plan, execute, and close a unique endeavour that produces certain deliverables within clearly specified time, cost, and quality constraints.
This training program comprehensively covers the skills, tools, and processes involved in the management of projects. It also takes a brief look at the use of project management software as an automated way of managing a project.
