Cancellation by Attendee or Organizers
Should organizers cancel the seminar because of unforeseen events, the registrant may claim a full refund within 10 working days after cancellation announcement or may opt to use the payment for a seminar of equal value. The organizer will send a notification via e-mail and SMS.
Similarly, the attendee should inform the event organizer of his or her absence or cancellation of registration within two weeks or fourteen (14) days before the seminar to claim a refund. Otherwise, attendee has an option to send a representative to attend on his or her behalf in case of absence.
